TOGU Warranty Document

All TOGU UK products are guaranteed to be free of manufacture default at the time of purchase. If there are any problems with the product please contact TOGU UK within 7 days of purchase. Selected TOGU UK products carry a 30 year guarantee. Please read this document carefully to ensure that the product warranty is correctly activated. Failure to do so will not activate the warranty and the product will not be covered under this agreement. Please print this document and fill in the required details and send it together with the sales receipt to the address or email provided. To activate your warranty you must send back the form within three months from the date of purchase together with the sales receipt.

Declaration of Warranty: TOGU Germany offers a 30 year guarantee (valid from the date of purchase) against any product defects including material or production failures on specific products. This warranty is only valid for the end consumer.

Exclusions: Damage caused by inappropriate use, failure to follow the instructions provided, damaged caused by an accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.

Where a product is out of stock, TOGU UK reserves the right to replace the product with a similar comparable product or a different colour.

If you wish to replace a product covered by this guarantee, please return the defect product within three months after discovering the defect to: TOGU UK Limited, Michael Pearson West Building, 2 Oakwood Drive, Loughborough, Leicestershire, LE11 3QF, UK
